Root Canal

Root Canal is a newly discoverd site so we are still learning about it however is a large pinnacle with the shallowest point being 23msw & undulating down to over 60msw. Lots of action on strong current, big schools of pelagics & plenty of sharks. Lots more still to discover & learn about this site.

Marine life at this site

Massive sea fans, pinnacle covered in hard coral, plenty of sea whips, lots of schooling pelagic & lots of sharts, possibly even hammerhead seen in the distance. More dives needed yet.

Based on open species observationswithin ~75 km — likely to see, not necessarily confirmed at the site itself.
