Can have strong currents on the northern side of the rock, Usually very exposed to wind and swell. dives average between 7 to 20m. Easy to navigate.

A good spot for porcupine fish and all other standard nz marine life. Kelp and rocky reef bottoms onto sand between 18 - 20m
