
The Tugboat lies in only 40 feet of water, but the area is surrounded by shallow reefs so caution is necessary when attempting to dive this site. Current can be mild to strong, and there are some limited penetration opportunities for wreck certified divers, hence the Beginner to Advanced rating.
Critters at this site
Surrounded by Staghorn and Elkhorn coral, this is a beautiful spot on Culebra’s Atlantic side. Schools of Damselfish can often be seen working their way around the reef.
