Windows Reef is typically sheltered from the prevailing wind and waves which makes it a perfect snorkel site and dive site. Currents can be tricky, hence the beginner to advanced level.
Marine life at this site
In addition to the usual flora and fauna, several old window frames used to form a small artificial reef around 50 feet, but were knocked over during the 2017 hurricanes.
