Bando Beach has a mild sloping wall that drops to about 18 meters to the sand. This is a great site in foul weather because it is closer and possibly calmer than other sites. This site is best for new divers but divers of all experience levels can enjoy.

Most of the normal fish found on the reef in Utila can be found here, such as wrasse, butterfly fish, parrotfish, lobster, and on night dives maybe an octopus.
