Cow rock is one of the most recognized dive sites in St. Thomas. Small caves/swim throughs and beautiful elkhorn corals are the dominant features. It is definitely a favorite!

You will find an abundance of lobsters, crabs & other hunted creatures. There are good opportunities to see nurse sharks, turtles, and other tropical fish.
