Lynch Blinder is at the West Cardenal Buoy in saldanha bay. There is a rock formation and the drop of by boat is on the western side. This site is dependent on the wind and tide.
Critters at this site
Kelp and sea urchins can be seen with Cray fish, Nudibranch and star fish. The eastern side of the rock is a sharp drop off.
