
Just off the front of Mantaray Island resort is our beautiful house reef, this reef is thriving with life as it is a marine reserve. You can walk off the beach so it is perfect for snorkeling or intro dives. The edge of the reef is sat at 12 meters. There are resident reef sharks and even leopard sharks.
Critters at this site
As it is a marine reserve it attracts many kinds of predator and prey, including the smallest fish to large pelagic fishes, including Spanish mackerel. It is a very healthy marine ecosystem.
