Questions
Is a profile really free?
Yes. Both dive centers and dive clubs get a free public profile. Claim or create it, activate the free Ambassador plan, and keep it up to date at no cost — no card needed.
Who can leave a rating?
Only divers who have logged a dive with your center can rate it — ratings come from verified, logged dives, never anonymous drive-bys. Clubs aren't rated (you don't rate your own club).
What's the difference between a center and a club?
A dive center is a commercial operator (shop, school, boat) that can be rated. A dive club is a community group with a public page and a breadth-only members dashboard. Both can be the operator on a logged dive.
Can a club also be a dive center?
They're separate profile types. If you run both a commercial center and a club, create one of each — each gets its own profile.
